Shay Zach is the Founder and Principal Broker of Gaia Property Group, a prominent Investment sales  real estate service and advisory firm specializing in property sales across the New York metropolitan area. Established in 2019, the firm has swiftly made its mark in the real estate market.

With over 20 years of experience, Shay has brokered over a 3 Billion dollars in closed transactions, focusing on off-market development and value-add opportunities in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Bronx. Specializing in off-market deals, particularly development sites, and value-add multifamily properties.

Apart from his role at Gaia, Shay is an active partner and investor, having developed over 30 residential projects in the past decade.

His firsthand experience in the development process enables him to approach deals with a developer's mindset when working with industry professionals, effectively advising clients on their real estate needs.
